Don't forget to send me your sleep paralysis experiences for the book

I will be preparing my book, first in ebook version soon. So please send your experiences as soon as you can. You can email them to me at admin@old-hag.com, or better yet, enter them into the forum. You do have to register, but you can just add Anonymous information. No names and any other personal information will be listed in the book, only experiences. The most important part of the book is for people to compare their experiences with others, so we can figure out what is going on, find the common denominators, and most importantly see that you are not alone. The link for the forum again is here. Please it will only take a moment of your time, and it will be worth the effort to have a compiled log of victims accounts.

What is Sleep Paralysis / Old Hag Syndrome

Welcome, to start with I am a SP/old hag victim and need validation as to what the experience really means.

In my opinion they are two seperate events that occur right before you fall asleep. I believe the "old hag syndrome" is a more paranormal event that is similiar to sleep paralysis. I hope this blog will open up a discussion between the two and the fact that it is happening more and more. What once was a rare event is happening to more and more people. The first time I experience the Phenomena, no one knew what I was talking about, and people that were the closest to me thought I was loosing my mind, as I was afraid to go to sleep. I learned to not tell anyone anymore, and now years later, so many have approached me with the question of you ever heard of sleep paralysis? I find myself still wondering what in the heck happened to me nightly for almost a year, and about twice a year now.

I will be posting links to alot of my research and would like to hear everyone experience as it has occured to them. Especially the dark figure cloaked in black with a hood who seems faceless. Please don't hold back, you would be suprised at how many people are actually hearing, seeing and feeling things.
