As most of you know, I am collecting as much data as I can to provide you with a all inclusive guidebook on the subject of SP, both supernatural and scientific. I have found an interesting NON Profit Spiritual research foundation that has analyzed their view on SP. Their data is gathered by those with a highly developed sixth sense. Sixth Sense is defined as a subtle perception ability is our ability to perceive the subtle dimension or the unseen world of angels, ghosts, heaven, etc. It also includes our ability to understand the subtle cause and effect relationship behind many events, which is beyond the understanding of the intellect. Extrasensory perception (ESP), clairvoyance, premonition, intuition are synonymous with sixth sense or subtle perception ability.
Their foundation has revealed that one of the main spiritual reasons for these phenomena is an attack by ghosts (demons, devils, negative energies etc.). This is the reason why in most cases people feel a presence or can actually see a ghost. It is not hallucinations, but is actually a ghost (demon, devil, negative energy etc.). We perceive the presence through our sixth sense. I have included their breakdown in a graph format shown above.

What can one do to come out of the paralysis?
Since the cause of the paralysis is spiritual, it can be alleviated by spiritual remedy alone.

When one finds oneself in this situation, the first thing to do is to pray to God for help.

Then start chanting the Name of God according to the religion of your birth along with frequent prayer till one is out of the paralytic attack.

Once the paralytic attack is overcome, offer gratitude to God for having been rescued from the attack.
Remember by not panicking and doing spiritual practice of chanting the Name of God, we harness divine energy. This in turn increases our spiritual strength and our ability to combat the black energy and reduce the duration of the paralysis.
I have found this site very informative, and will pass along more information as I read it. What comes to my mind immediately is how many people have told me that once they prayed the experienced stopped. Even if it only stopped for that particular evening, it did in fact stop. This foundation seems to have done a lot of research on the topic and would explain why many clergy members even refuse to speak of SP at all. I understand we are all afraid that these occurrences are frightening and I know that I myself would love to have a scientific explanation for them. The thought that they are demons, ghosts and such is frightening. The experience itself is frightening, so that alone tells me that something is not right, not normal. Just know that we are into this together and will compare all explanations, studies, and data that is available to arm ourselves against whatever we are dealing with.
