New Old Hag Web Site

I'm working on a new web site titled old-hag.com. This web site will allow me to put some of my IT experience to use. I guess since My kids are growing up and moving out, I just have to much time on my hands. I guess that is what happens when you get married at 15. I am really looking forward to publishing it, as it will have a forum and a lot more leeway than using simple template of a blog. I will keep you posted as to when I complete it and upload for viewing.

I hope to eventually write a book, as I think it will really help people as there are so many people in the dark as to what is happening to them. Care to donate? Donate button is on the left.

What is Sleep Paralysis / Old Hag Syndrome

Welcome, to start with I am a SP/old hag victim and need validation as to what the experience really means.

In my opinion they are two seperate events that occur right before you fall asleep. I believe the "old hag syndrome" is a more paranormal event that is similiar to sleep paralysis. I hope this blog will open up a discussion between the two and the fact that it is happening more and more. What once was a rare event is happening to more and more people. The first time I experience the Phenomena, no one knew what I was talking about, and people that were the closest to me thought I was loosing my mind, as I was afraid to go to sleep. I learned to not tell anyone anymore, and now years later, so many have approached me with the question of you ever heard of sleep paralysis? I find myself still wondering what in the heck happened to me nightly for almost a year, and about twice a year now.

I will be posting links to alot of my research and would like to hear everyone experience as it has occured to them. Especially the dark figure cloaked in black with a hood who seems faceless. Please don't hold back, you would be suprised at how many people are actually hearing, seeing and feeling things.
