Sleep Paralysis leads to supernatural assault!

I think we are finally getting somewhere here. I have been listening to a interview with the people from soul smack. Basically (according to them) what it boils down to is that while under the influence or having a episode of sleep paralysis this leaves you vulnerable to a supernatural assault. This validates the sleep paralysis type 1, type 2 several of my readers, and some really great people at the Topix discussion forum and I have been speaking about. It is like something supernatural that takes advantage of you while you are under the basic sleep paralysis. So 80% of people that suffer from a sleep paralysis will also suffer a supernatural attack. The other 20% will just have a normal sleep paralysis episode, where they are paralyzed for a few moments and it's all over.

One in every 5 people in this world have suffered from a paranormal attack while suffering from what started out as a normal SP. Funny because before my experience I had never heard of it, mainly due to the fact people are afraid to talk about it for one reason or another.

They also state that if you are under attack for more than 15 minutes, then you will mostly have a out of body experience. Almost all cases reported hearing a very loud buzzing sound while having the out of body experience as well.

There was an incident where a sleep technician was monitoring a patient at a sleep lab and an orb flew threw the air in a apparent intelligent flight eventually landing on the patient even showing up on the cameras and the patient shot straight up with his eyes wide open!

They also mentioned their interviews with some 30 odd clergy members that where willing to speak to them, say it is a demon.

The DVD is not the same as the interviews on youtube, these are interviews with the victims and Dr. Hufford, on youtube it is the people that filmed the documentary, and who also just happen to be victims.

I am up to part 6 so far, and will quit for the evening and pray I do not have an episode tonight that is for sure.

They did mention that the clergymen they spoke with from various religions said that praying does help. So on that note.........

What is Sleep Paralysis / Old Hag Syndrome

Welcome, to start with I am a SP/old hag victim and need validation as to what the experience really means.

In my opinion they are two seperate events that occur right before you fall asleep. I believe the "old hag syndrome" is a more paranormal event that is similiar to sleep paralysis. I hope this blog will open up a discussion between the two and the fact that it is happening more and more. What once was a rare event is happening to more and more people. The first time I experience the Phenomena, no one knew what I was talking about, and people that were the closest to me thought I was loosing my mind, as I was afraid to go to sleep. I learned to not tell anyone anymore, and now years later, so many have approached me with the question of you ever heard of sleep paralysis? I find myself still wondering what in the heck happened to me nightly for almost a year, and about twice a year now.

I will be posting links to alot of my research and would like to hear everyone experience as it has occured to them. Especially the dark figure cloaked in black with a hood who seems faceless. Please don't hold back, you would be suprised at how many people are actually hearing, seeing and feeling things.
