True Ghost Tales Article on Sleep Paralysis

I found an interesting article on True Ghost Tales. The article states that there are reports where a spouse has entered the room while their mate was experiencing sleep paralysis and actually saw a dark shadowy form fleeing from the bed.

Personally I have thought of video taping myself while I sleep, but since it does not happen to me as much as it once did, it would be a hard catch.

I think those of you that are now experiencing it on a nightly basis might want to consider taping either via video or a tape recorder to see or hear what you get.

This article also goes on to state that such nightly creatures may be taking advantage of a person while under such a state.

This is of course is what I am leaning towards. I believe that something might be using SP as a gateway. I think you would be at your most vulnerable to experience something supernatural while you are paralyzed. If something from another world or realm wanted to make contact or wanted you to know of their existence, this altered state would certainly be an excellent opportunity for them. I don't think I have ever been in a more defenseless position.

You also want to remember that we are only aware of 10% of the universe, 90% is considered black matter. Just think 90% is unknown to us. Just as the scientific explanation to SP is basically unknown.

This is why I am doing what I am doing. It is my goal to bring you as many facts as I can. To present you with as many links on the subject that I can find on the internet. To share as many occurrences that I can gather and much more. I am working on the e-book as fast as I can. I hope to be able to offer it to you for a small amount of $5.00. Research is time consuming, and I know the experience is very frightening, so I hope this will at least help you with your own research on what is happening to us.
