David Hufford The Terror that comes in the night

The first book I read was "The Terror That Comes In The Night" An experience centered study of supernatural assault traditions, by David Hufford. This book was a gift from someone that finally believed me. Finally someone thought hey maybe there is something really happening to her. I will forever be greatful as education is everything. Without knowing about sleep paralysis at all, this left my mind wide open to what was happening to me. At the very least I learned that there is something more to what they scientist are trying to write off as a normal event. Normal Sleep Paralysis and the OLD HAG syndrome are two seperate experiences all together. Wikipedia definition of SP is
"
Sleep paralysis is a condition that may occur in normal subjects or be associated with narcolepsy, cataplexy, and hypnagogic hallucinations. The pathophysiology of this condition is closely related to the normal hypotonia that occur during REM sleep.[1] When considered to be a disease, isolated sleep paralysis is classified as MeSH D020188.[2] Some evidence suggests that it can also, in some cases, be a symptom of migraine.

Migraine, give me a break, if feeling like the devil himself is in my room is a because of a migraine, then we are in more trouble then we thought. Next up a study that was done at University of the West of England. Very freaky stuff
