University of the West of England AND UFO

A study by Susan Blackmore and Marcus Cox of the University of the West of England supports the suggestion that reports of alien abductions are related to sleep paralysis! There beliefs are that patients that reports of alien abductions are actually sleep paralysis victims.

I guess we all suffer it differently ,but then again the same. The same terrifying feeling of suddenly not being alone, paralyzed with not only fear, but literally, and the presence of the grim reaper standing in the room.

I have never thought / felt that I was being transported to a UFO and experimented on or anything l like that. Mine is more like a UO unidentifiable object in my room, we did not go anywhere and I was not probed, so not sure those two are the same.

What is Sleep Paralysis / Old Hag Syndrome

Welcome, to start with I am a SP/old hag victim and need validation as to what the experience really means.

In my opinion they are two seperate events that occur right before you fall asleep. I believe the "old hag syndrome" is a more paranormal event that is similiar to sleep paralysis. I hope this blog will open up a discussion between the two and the fact that it is happening more and more. What once was a rare event is happening to more and more people. The first time I experience the Phenomena, no one knew what I was talking about, and people that were the closest to me thought I was loosing my mind, as I was afraid to go to sleep. I learned to not tell anyone anymore, and now years later, so many have approached me with the question of you ever heard of sleep paralysis? I find myself still wondering what in the heck happened to me nightly for almost a year, and about twice a year now.

I will be posting links to alot of my research and would like to hear everyone experience as it has occured to them. Especially the dark figure cloaked in black with a hood who seems faceless. Please don't hold back, you would be suprised at how many people are actually hearing, seeing and feeling things.
